Welcome to the new Wise Words blog. Here we'll carry on with the amazing work that has come out of the Wise Words intergenerational writing project so far.

Wise Words is about exploring the theme of wisdom; our own gurus, people we think are wise, wisdom we want to pass on or quotes and advice that we live our lives by, be it something we read in the newspaper or something we’ve learnt from our family or culture.

It’s about sharing our experiences, knowledge and good judgement; the words and images that keep us on the straight and narrow, or that help us to live life on the edge!

We'll post any news about Wise Words, along with more creative writing exercises for you to try. We're sure there are many more examples of wise words still to be shared with us, and we're hoping to hear about them.
